I been little depressed & tired, I’m depressed, cuz tomorrow is Mother’s Day in USA, I wish it was easy.

I could not get my Stepmom on the phone to wish her a happy Mothers day. I hope she gets my message. I don't like making phone calls and hate leaving messages even more.

Why doing good things can make it very bad? I took out my trash, I had bad anxiety, my foot was sooo much in pain, I was walking back to the back gate, my foot was so badly cramping, I couldn’t walk. My neighbors were not home, I think my upstairs neighbors were home, I saw their car in the parking lot. After a few seconds of standing still, I started walking again, I had a box to throw away, I was hoping to finish, I was in pain again, one of my neighbors came home, I was sooo badly hurting, I was crying in front of neighbor

Chiropractor won't stop harassing my husband. Whenever he tries to cancel, doc will force him to move it to another date, and will not accept no as an answer.
