o-o-o- i saw the tax-return for mecenat (buying art) was 60%, oily matter, that drives up prizes at public costs, i get the idea of promoting buying art, but for upcoming, living artists that makes sense, not for millionsworth works, why pay millionaires placements, holy cow.......thats why it's that expensive, and it sips in 60% everytime it gets tax-moved. feed the fat, 60% return, wowwow for all the equal animals 
or the public budgetting which obliges an art-percentage, driving up prices for random bs to that percentage!
