Explain.

I also want him to explain as a Jew my religion teaches that both men and women where created as equals.

Eve told Adam to eat the forbidden fruit and Adam obeyed Eve.

For someone to be entirely 'innocent' or without knowledge means they'll listen to whoever told them what to do last - ie. they have no minds of their own. The symbolism of God putting the tree there and even saying not to eat is would be saying that Adam and Eve would be immortal until they ate it; eternity is an unforgivable amount of time for something not to go wrong. It would probably make more sense to assume that the garden of Eden never existed and that its an allegory/narrative on how cognitive beings such as ourselves who wanted right in the world more often than not but fall to barbarism in practice more often - came to that dual nature, and of course its a tale told in the cultural sentiments of the times.

Besides God, did Eve tell Adam what to do in the garden of Eden?

She told Adam that eating the fruit would bestow him with power, she did not command him to eat it, she persuaded him. Eve was subservient to Adam because she was created from him.

No.
Before the Fall society was herptoarchial.

Humans obeyed snakes.

Eve persuaded and beguiled Adam to try the fruit, just as she was beguiled by the serpent. She did not order Adam to do it.

No, that was after the fall.

Adam was an idiot, he should have let the woman to be expelled from paradise all by herself, rather than joining her out of pity.

Perhaps women have a different management style.

That reminds me of something:

Seems like even as leaders men, and even perhaps moreso women, don't want women taking on male traits to roll with the big dogs so to speak.

In traditional Judaism, women are for the most part seen as separate but equal. Women's obligations and responsibilities are different from men's, but no less important (in fact, in some ways, women's responsibilities are considered more important, as we shall see).

But why am I telling you this you are already know that

Lilith is similar to and probably based on a pagan demon named Lulu or Lilu that appears in Gilgamesh and other Sumerian and Babylonian folklore.
