I already own my dream car. Pretty much.
My 1984 Celica Supra. Got it for $1500, but I blew the motor. Hopefully I can get a motor in it that's harder, better, faster and stronger soon. I don't know, I wanted Takumi's AE86 from Initial D when I was a kid, but discovered the Celica Supra and thought it was the coolest looking thing since cars were invented, and yeah. I guess the only thing I desire now of it is 500hp or so, good suspension, wheels, tires, etc. And a subwoofer, too. Hopefully I can build it to that.
My only other car I kinda lust after is a Nissan Skyline R32. That'd maybe be dream dream car.
The R32 Skyline to me of all the generation Skylines, looks the cleanest. Well, the R30 and R31s sorta looked better in some ways to me, but the R32 just like "has it." That, and the performance potential is great. It's lighter than all the other later generation Skylines, and stock the RB26 can be taken to 500 or more HP without a hitch, and it's got a great AWD system. I'd love on with like 800hp or whatever. I've been watching too much Wangan Midnight, speaking of Wangan Midnight, I'd love a 240Z ala Akio's, too, but so far I'm fairly content with my Supra.
As far as ugliest, it's kinda tough for me. I try to find the good in all cars, I love cars, even crappy cars. Hmm, let me think. I can't really think of it in ugliness, as there's lots of ugly cars I can appreciate for other reasons. Like even Yugos are a knockoff of a once successful Fiat I believe, and have potential in rally racing, etc. Plus I like boxy things. I'd have to say my least favorite cars, as in, the most boring to me, Chevrolet Celebrity and Ford Tempo. I can't think of too much really good in those cars, that's redeeming about them, both were made as boring disposable cars on outdated technology in the 80s by American companies that were being way too conservative in their business models and practice. Yep.
I'll stop now, cars is my special interest, and yeah. I tend to emotionally attach myself to cars I own, and also, I get sad walking in junkyards and stuff, seeing the destroyed cars people forgot about, all dead due to human idiocy. People say a car is the closest thing a man can create to another person, I'd have to say that's true.
