I have had the same (or a variation) said about me too but i don't care. i want to be comfortable. every once in a while i will put a little more effort into my appearance but i never put make up on. i don't like how it makes my face feel. clogs my pores and makes me sweat more. the extra effort i put in will be just changing the way i have my hair (either down or changing the style from my normal style).

I find that my mom and sister, are always trying to make me over. My sister is an NT, very smart, beautiful and never had problems getting a boyfriend. Me on the other hand have never had a boyfriend, still live at home, barely leave the house unless it's with someone close to me, and my typical outfit consists of stretchy pants (can't stand denim), t shirts or tank tops, and crocs. Because of my sensory processing, I am very sensitive to certain fabrics and textures. My mom always says to me "you want to put your best foot forward, and look presentable if you want a boyfriend... why don't you let me pluck you eyebrows".lol I am who I am, take me or leave me. Besides it's not that I don't want to look nice, it's just that I never got into that whole make-up, hair, grooming routine that most girls do. I just don't think it comes natural to me.

This is the exact reason I left my last group of friends if I wanna where hoodies or my damn trench coat 24-7 its my business and who am I supposed to try to be "pretty" for? Im comfortable like I am.....

I don't wear makeup or anything. I am not into the latest fashions or hairstyles. I started getting my eyebrows waxed and get my hair highlighted, but I wanted a low maintenance haircut where I don't have to do anything.
