I like eggs in pretty much all forms on condition the white has set. Slightly soft in centre yolk preferred.

My first choice is fried and the yolk must be runny and unbroken. I can't make them myself because I can't flip it without it breaking. I haven't tried making sunny side up.

My second choice is scrambled with sliced American cheese and a pack of cream of chicken cup a soup in it.

Almost all types of Omelettes.

I also like the local simple recipe : egg + flour + minced onions. Fried in deep pan.
