Breast changes, need input...
I am 35 years old. A month and a half ago, I was a 36B. I have gained about 5ibs, as of a month ago. Last week, I got fitted for a new bra, as mine were tight, 38C. Today, same thing, bras too tight, now I'm in a 38D. I doubt that I'm pregnant, I had a tubal ligation, and it's too early to test by a week. I was happy that I had grown to a C cup, but still growing? At my age? It makes no sense.
Do you consume foods containing soy? I have personal experience with breast problems that I finally linked to soy consumption.
Soy is hidden in many, many foods these days including most commercial breads and pastries, so you could be eating it without even realizing. The mass media "information" about soy being so good for you is BS. There is a ton of evidence showing it to be harmful, especially, in the reproductive system.
Send me a PM if you want more details about my experience or links to research on the subject. Or, Google Weston Price Foundation where they have links to this research and evidence based information on the subject.

^^ Soy will make your boobs bigger?? How much would I need to eat? I'm not using my reproductive system anymore. My husband is fixed and I'm 47 and in perimenopause.
As for the OP, maybe it's something hormonal and you should go to the doctor to get it checked out. It's pretty rare to get pregnant after a tubal, but anything can happen. I'd check with a doctor if I were you.

Are you on risperidal? I'm on it, and it made my breasts go from size 38B to 40D (then again, part of that may have been natural growing because I'm still young). Now, I'm lactating for no reason! My prolactin levels are high. Maybe you can see if milk comes out when you squeeze your breasts--try to find the tube that goes to your nipple to see if little stuff comes out first. Risperidal and medications like that can raise prolactin levels, which can cause lactation, which apparently causes breasts to get bigger.
Thanks for the responses. As far as I no, I don't eat a lot of soy, I don't use soy products knowingly, anyway. I had a full blood work-up done a couple of months ago, and everything came back normally. The only medication that I'm on is Wellbutrin, I've taken it before, with no issues.

Isolated soy protein will make children grow breasts prematurely. Even males. It is hidden in many foods and I found even the tiniest amount would give me breast pain and cause my breasts to get bigger. I was peri-menopausal when I discovered this.
It's doctor time, I'm afraid. Did you go off HBC after your tubal ligation? That might be it.
I'm sure it's weight gain. Everyone put on weight differently. I have gained 10 lbs a couple years ago (intentional) to achieve an optimal weight. Nearly all the gain went to chest and hips. I had to buy new bras and pants, but I'm happy my waist didn't get bigger. If your weight gain mostly went to your chest two cup size isn't that odd.

I'm thinking it must have been the weight gain. I kept the 38Cs (and that band is tight) but lost the Ds, so I'm guessing the weight gain and hormones from PMS. I definitely am not pregnant.
