I knew it was a sensory issue, didn't know it was hyposensitivity.
*I chew the sucker sticks down layer by layer until its gone if paper based.
*former smoker/vaper using nic gum now
*chew the inside of my mouth including biting off taste buds individually if they get inflamed
*chew the skin around my fingernails but not the nails themselves
*straws become mangled messes
*pens if they don't click retract otherwise I prefer to click them
*I like the feeling of mechanical pencil erasers on my lips but I don't chew on them (the white ones).
*I get zebra stainless steel pencils and will lightly chew on the eraser caps
*random objects that happen to be in hand if I'm trying to focus on something
