Anyone know any good web based bar charting?

Hey!
Does anyone know any Bar charting engines I can download and use for an iPhone project?
It needs to be resizable and it needs to be free and open source.
I have tried the following:
Google Charts (Google are too lame to allow you to use it offline)
Core Plot (Cannot get it working correctly. Couldn't get the right amount of support)

Any ideas?
I need something I can change the values of each bar with easily too. Am I asking too much from something that is free?
