I only like to go barefoot in the house, as I hate the feeling of dirty feet.

I also love those extra-fuzzy socks! I wear them even in summer.

I'm always barefoot at home but I'm usually hot here(parents won't let me lower the AC) & I notice my feet feel hot in shoes & socks.

I love being barefoot. I tried it in school a couple of times but I soon learned the embarrassment wasn't worth it.

I hate socks! I prefer flip-flops all year around. However, if we are having a bad winter...then, I will wear regular shoes, but still with out socks. :shameonyou:

Socks always, unless I'm sleeping. Outside, I must have shoes.

Around the house, barefoot. Outside or in public, shoes.

I'm always barefooted in the house. I toe-walk and I like to feel the ground when I'm walking. Socks are great in the winter, but even though they're warmer, I HAVE to be barefooted to be completely comfortable. Oh, and I like to kind of pick up things with my feet/toes (sorry if this sounds weird but it's a very efficient way of doing things sometimes). Instead of having 2 hands and 2 feet, I often feel as if I have 2 primary hands and 2 secondary hands.

Shoes with socks - best for walking outside. I don't walk on my toes, and there isn't too much extra sensory stuff on my toes as long as the soles of my shoes are thick enough, and I'm not walking on spiky gravel or something.

Shoes without socks - Horrible. Not something I enjoy, but occasionally it is deemed necessary (eg forgetting sport socks at school, a terrible combination of shoes without socks and having to play sports which I suck at).

Just socks - good for indoors. I don't walk tiptoes on the carpet, bet sometimes I still do on hard floors, if I can feel dirt or grit or something similar on my feet. This is probably my favourite footwear for indoors.

Barefoot - I don't go barefoot. The limit of barefoot is at a swimming pool, walking across the hall to the toilet at night and sleeping with bare feet. I do walk on my toes more often when im barefoot than when I'm not.

I prefer socks inside. Socks and shoes outside. Sometimes I do barefeet with sandals when it is warm. I like barefeet in cool, thick, summer grass as well. Usually inside I always have my socks on though. This is weird, but I have a tic where I keep crunching my toes together really hard, and it hurts. I do this much more when I am barefoot, so I don't tend to be without socks much anymore.

Barefoot whenever possible. But I do wear shoes to go to work, just because society expects me to.

I try to remain barefooted for the most part...anyone here tried the vibram 'barefoot' shoes? I prefer flat slip on shoes or slip on sandals like a birkenstock when I must be shod. Only in the depths of the snowy winter do I go ahead and boot up. Oh, I have some 'heels' for special occasions like being in a wedding or some such when I must dress up for the 'show'.
I've also noticed that when I'm sitting for a fairly longish time in a public place, like a restaurant or theatre, my shoes will mysteriously 'slip off' all by themselves.
