I didn't know there was a fix for it. I was probably on Win98 or 2000 at the time, so it's not just Windows 10 that has issues with it =) But like I said, I can't even remember what the problem was.

Most disc-based games on GoG work by mounting an ISO or BIN/CUE, it might be called aitd.gog or something like that. Whenever I have trouble with a game, I check the game's personal forum at GoG, they usually have pretty good resources.

I think I just have AitD 2, 4, and 5, but I feel like I may have bought the other two at GoG at some point.


I have the PS2 version also, I got it from a bargain bin I think when K-Mart was closing. Tried playing it a bit, but the terrible framerate scared me off. I might give it another try some day.

More Pokemon Pearl.

I'm on the hunt for Pokemon Soulsilver with a Pokewalker. So far, no luck at all.

I started playing 911 Operator on Steam a few days ago, it's the first Steam game I've played. Last night I unlocked Miami and started playing, but quickly got overwhelmed because of the Mardi Gras or whatever it's called, and there would be something happening every few seconds. I think I need more vehicles and staff and the SWAT team and...

I also got to be an operator in my own city. Although I don't think there's as much crime IRL as there was in the game, although it was mostly "normal" stuff like a bank robbery or someone having an epilepsy attack.

I got one call from a lady whose teen daughter is in a rage and breaking stuff, and one of the questions you could ask was "Do you want me to shoot her?" But I didn't want to lose reputation points or worse by picking that option.

Kuraudo, I only just realised that your name is the Hepburn romanji for Cloud. KU RAU DO! I'm trying to learn Japanese atm which is how I noticed but, also, I'm replaying FF7. It's the first JRPG I ever played, so I have unending nostalgia for it. I'm midway through the Shinra HQ

I'm also replaying Dark Souls 3. It's too easy. Downing the Nameless King and Brothers boss fights shouldn't be so easy...

This game is amazing. I never knew of the Elite series before. My partner introduced me, and now we play E:D together. Partner is a very loyal fan of David Brabant

I'm awaiting my orders of the Mother Trilogy [translated], Pokemon Platinum, Pokemon Omega Ruby, and Radiant Historia 3DS.

What is that?
I tried searching for it, but all I found were links to a petition, and a ROM/emulator pack for Wii homebrew (which would be a download and not something you order and wait for).

^I found the GBA editions that were translated [well, Mother 1 and Mother 3 were translated, but the edition of Mother 2/Earthbound that I got barely had any English].

I'm now wondering whether to get the 75% translated version of Mother 2/Earthbound or ask my friend if I can play his New 3DS [on which he has Earthbound; I'm super annoyed that Earthbound and Super Metroid were only added to the New 3DS, not the original]. >.<

Oh, okay, so you got the GBA repro carts.

Tomato never finished the Mother 2 GBA translation, he said the porting job on that game was so bad that he didn't see any point in it. He just translated the menus so you could work through it with a translation guide if you really wanted to.

If you were really desperate, you could install the Homebrew Launcher on your 3DS and play EarthBound that way, but the framerate might not be very good. I was thinking about buying it, since there's a 30% off coupon on MyNintendo right now, and it certainly wouldn't be the first VC game I double-dipped on ¬_¬
