Reading instructions on DIY bookbinding -

Turn the pages over, pull off the eraser and then fold over the staple ends with the blunt end of a dinner knife or your thumb nail, being careful not to break it / stab yourself.

Why the hell that was so funny I have no idea.

Watching The Simpsons. It was the episode where the kids create a new toy called Funzo ("Grift of the Magi") and I laughed really hard at "Funzo is soft and cuddly...with lots of firepower!" :lol:

The sound effects in the game Bejeweled. They sound like bombs and machine guns.

Looking for resources on learning Hindi, the catch line proclaims -

Quote:
Forget learning how to ask directions to the nearest municipal swimming pool!! We're here to help you ...

Why that's funny, I don't know.

My computer science professor showed this a while back, and I thought it was funny.

Reading about a mysterious person who for the past three years in a small Oregon town, has left $100 bills at random for people in the community. Whoever has been doing this obviously wants to avoid the spotlight, but reading about this person made me feel good on the inside. :)

{BTW, I started a thread in the News section about this person if you need something to intrigue you. :wink: }

My co worker told a joke. He asked me, "What do you call a cow that does not give milk?" The answer "A Bull!" Ok to you guys that might not be at all funny but for some dumb reason that cracked me up at work. I am not known for laughing like a wild man at work too often but I lost it. I loved the logic in the joke it instantly made sense to me.
