How to make Google Translate sound like a Beatbox. Visit http://tinyurl.com/brazm4z then click on the speaker icon in the lower right corner of the English translation. Awesome! 8)

Dang, for a little while, I thought you could play around with sounds to create your own beatbox beats, but it appears to work only for that particular sequence of letters. Soon as you add or remove something, and click on the speaker icon, the female voice goes "pee vee zed kay, pee vee" etc.

Bit of a bummer.

I've done this before. You have to set it to German > German, which they don't allow you to do anymore.

Here’s your rudimentary instrument notation

zk = suspended cymbal
bschk = snare
pv = brush
bk = bass
tk = flam1
vk = roll tap
kt = flam2
kttp = flam tap
krp = hi hat tap
pv = short roll
th = better hi hat
thp, ds = instant rimshot.

For example check out this little beatbox ditty I made http://tinyurl.com/8xxknah
