Waist-length strawberry blonde. It's super curly and frizzy :bounce: It always looks worse when I brush it.

My hair is black...my husband calls it "sable" which I think describes the hue of black very well. It's wavy, curly when wet. I usually straighten it...I wish the curls would stay when dry so it would be more versatile, though! I have a crazy double cowlick in back that causes it to stand straight up on my crown, which I hate so much I often consider shaving my head. I have an asymmetrical cut; my hair is almost shoulder length on one side and a couple inches past on the other. I don't really like it; when I can afford it I want a mutli-layered cut for more volume.

dark brown, thick but fine, bone-straight, to the middle of my back. I usually wear it in a single braid b/c that's easiest, but as it gets longer I have to wear multiple braids b/c it's so heavy that it gives me a headache.

Brown, long (down to the center of my chest), wavy with a lot of volume. I'll probably leave it this color, as my previous dying attempts have somehow been unsuccessful. My hair is straight at the ends, because I've permed it straight about 2 years ago, back when it was really short (above my shoulders). So now I have tons of split ends, which I've tried cutting off, but there seems to be no end to them. I guess it doesn't really matter that much when it comes to hair growth, anyway. I want to see how long I can possibly grow it. Long hair rules; the longer, the better.

I have short, wavy, thick dark auburn hair. It can frizz sometimes in very humid weather, but I am able to keep it smooth with some leave-in conditioner.

Long, blonde, straight. Parted in the middle or in a ponytail.

I think I've already replied to this topic, but anyways...Mine's fairly long, medium brown (has a red tint), and very curly. I used to straighten it all the time, now I'd rather leave it curly.

Anyone know how to grow your hair out long? I've always wanted really long hair, I only get mine trimmed, and it never seems to get too much longer. Should I stop getting it cut altogether? If I could let it grow it would look sort of like Janis Joplin hair.

My hair is now down to the middle of my back, but it's still my natural dark auburn colour. I have slightly coarse, since I'm 1/8 Native American, but it's a bit wavy like European hair. I have to use high heat to curl or straighten my hair because of that.

Before I was 13, I wore my hair in a pageboy cut, but after that, I decided to grow my hair out.

Just past shoulder-touching, a naturan mid/dark brown with artificial blondish streaks. Thinking of adding red, as per my hairlady's suggestion. I also have some sort of side-bang that I can never make look good. :( Oh and it's basically straight.
