Here's an odd thing. Nobody ever talks to me at school. And whenever I talk this other person in my year level that also has AS (everybody knows about his condition, mine is a little more secret), I am 10 times more likely to have somebody talk to us. I can't make any sense of it. Can you?

Perhaps it's because they feel more confident joining in another coversation, because they think it must be interesting if you're successfully talking to somebody (it isn't neccessarily, though).

That WOULD explain one incident, but the rest are unknown.
Some people say hi, we reply, 2 second silence, they say bye.
I think that's a more negative interaction.
Well, I'm going to trap someone.
Next time they do it, I'll ask them head-on.
