At the moment my main collecting activity is bottletops. I don't even necessarily have to buy drinks to collect them,as it's amazing how many you can find lying on the ground. The other day I found a rare Belgian beer bottle top then round the next corner I found a Polish one.

As a quick-changer, I've collected a number of different things. Most oddly and fairly recently, I managed to collect over 1000 pop cans from both recycling bins and my own consumption. My parents eventually recycled all of them.

LtlPinkCoupe, we have some in common!

I collect:

Stickers (I stopped counting a long, long time ago)
Badges (I make my own and swap them now too)
Zines
ATCs
Posters and postcards
Shiny/ interesting paper
Keyrings, particularly Gatchas
Gifs
Fabrics
'Art of' books and 'Sketchbook' books
Japanese packaging
Hoodies, so long as its not a shade/colour I already own
Unusual hats

I used to collect Manga as well, but since I can get it online now I don't spend as much on it!

A long time ago I collected beanie babies. They are all in mint condition and I would love to sell them but no one wants them. Really dumb decision on my part.

A long time ago, before that, I had a small doll collection (small collection, not small dolls.) I didn't have much money. That's why it was small. Most decent dolls cost a lot. I was not able to buy one or two that I knew would be worth a fortune in the future (and they are.) It's now in Mom's attic and will be sold if I can get a fair price for it.

When I was little I collected comic books, but those were loaned out to someone to read, without my permission (I was not asked) and came back torn up. Oh well.

I don't really collect anything now, except dust.

- For now I'm focused on collecting American made movies from within my own life-time. (1976 onwards). I only have a few exceptions to this in my 700+ collection.
- Sometimes I like to collect retro video games, but I'm not focused on that right now.

Over the years there have been lots of different collections started, depending on what was most interesting to me at that time.
