yeah it's always good to keep it to a mathematical theme.

mathematics only exists in the minds of humans, as does music also only exist in the minds of humans.

I play with classical (genre) and pop (my definition is anything non-classical, so rock, rap, ethnic, jazz, etc.). I like taking say a classical line or form and setting it to rock instrumentation and/or vice-versa. Since the music is 'experimental' in it's scope I don't name my pieces, I merely use the key and tempo to differentiate.

A Major, 135 bpm
A classical melody (think Haydn) that breaks way into a driving-rock piece.

A Major, 70 bpm
Technically the style would be considered a slow march, but it's predominantly 'pop' and I've been told it has a 'Beatles' as well as 'Pink Floyd' sound.

Db Major, 140 bpm
Standard pop form ((Verse/Chorus * 2) + bridge + chorus). It's a play with 'cluster chords' so it's got some crunch and 'irony', and sounds like it came right out of a kid's cartoon.

E Major, 55 bpm
Playing with a dubstep synth and late Romanticism brass choir (Respighi, Mahler, Sibelius).

Enjoy!

I fibbed in my above post: I also do standard pop type music with lyrics, but my voice is terribad. These two cuts were from a concept album (water) I did with my nephew, he was supposed to sing but jetted across country before I had time to record his vocals so you're stuck with my crappy template vocals. If you're in the middle of autistic burnout turned depression Drought/Rain is probably right for you.

A track produced years ago, when dubstep bass was the cool new thing, but it came out sounding like trance ...

I just released my second single today under my band Asperger Memos
A side - Darkplace
B side - Persecution Of The Sick
Darkplace by Asperger Memos

I recorded everything myself and used a beatbuddy drum machine.
I'm currently looking to recruit members for my band. I'm based in Glasgow

Working on a new "Albatross" production since I've really been slacking off.
Here's a taste: https://soundcloud.com/tim-brooks-28/si ... r-n-louder

Chorus:
You threw my heart around just like a frisbee
now you're telling everybody that you miss me
Since you've gone

You used to be the one to light my darkest night
always there to hold me tight - but that don't matter anymore
Since you've gone

I wrote a song yesterday about anxiety and agoraphobia. Recorded a music video featuring my cat to make it more uplifting.
