Hades, mostly because in many ways Hade is a poor unfortunate sucker who got landed with a bad job and decided to do it as best he could despite that. Of the big three, he's probably the nicest and least inclined towards random violence. Mind you, the Persephone thing is kinda a black mark, but it's also his only one.

Are you sure you don't mean Artemis? Aphrodite was many things but she was Hephaestus' wife, and the lover of Ares, Adonis and others. She bore at least 23 children.

Her virginity certainly wasn't eternal....
