Long story short. I think it's time to share a cute and positive story for once.
It is Canadian Thanksgiving here this weekend and I don't have to work tomorrow... yay.
The girl I have I have been seeing for the past couple months invited me to a wedding she was going to at the last minute when plans had been made on my part to go visit family and friends back home for Thanksgiving. She invited me a couple days after I had revealed the plans actually. There doesn't appear to be any hard feelings for this either.
She texted me throughout the wedding reception (when not busy) to tell me what was going on and how she was feeling and telling me that she wished I could be there with her. I kinda wished I was there too, but family is also important to me. I haven't seen her since last Monday because she got sick with the flu during the week. I think we miss eachother.

I think that's nice :)

When the feeling of missing someone goes away, the lack of "missing" is painful
