Interesting aspects. And that's what I never understood. Why leaving people alone when it is obvious they'd need help.
You wouldn't have to do very much, just be there. Maybe just listen (that I can understand it can be difficult).
But in any case to keep the respect and show some affection.
Just when you're down often you'll get an extra punishment on top. Punishment for what?
Best you can do i not to show anything, act and just be around people. And if somebody asks tell it what you think you can tell.
The last depression I had before that one right now was quite fast over because I was amongst people. It went pretty fast over.
Now that is really different. Just alone almost all the time. Nobody to really connect to. Much less friends. Abroad with a strange culture.
And every now and then punishment for being sad and depressed.
People wanting to teach me that I should immideately arrange my bills from work trips, though I did not want to catch attention that I lost one bill.
They just spot my mistakes and check me everywhere. This is sometimes really horrible.
They have no whatsoever idea about depression, and they have no empathy and no understanding how much such a behaviour can hurt.
They are perfect, they feel fine and wonder about what is wrong with you. Expressing that they don't want to end up like me sort of.
Maybe I should take revenge the next time I realise that somebody is sad about something.
No, of course not, it just sometimes feels I would like to do so, because they are such asholes every now and then (And don't know it feel normal about expressing themselves like that).
Seriously I don't want to work anymore with such superficial people. Some are really much more understanding and they are much smarter as well.
