Women are at greater risk of picking up STIs from an infected partner than men are, even with protection (unless you count gay men on the receiving end of anal sex, which we haven't addressed yet).

Well, there are plenty of gay men who go abroad for sex, too. Rush Limbaugh having been the most famous.

You don't hear many gay American men complaining about gay American men, or comparing gay American men unfavorably against foreign gay men. I suppose that, if they did, then they would only be complaining about themselves.

I've heard of otherwise-straight men going off to Pattaya for the ladyboy experience. From what I've read, Thai ladyboys are reputed to be the best at oral.
