Okay, I made a thread on names you have been called, but what about those clingy peer attached names you get by actually doing something? (or looking a certain way etc.)

So, negative or postive nicknames please.

Mine, i have little. Reecington and hitler have been attached to me at current.

"Oh no It's (my name)" (in elementary school i was one of the best wallball / hand ball players and mostly everyone dreaded me going to their court (we had 2 walls with both sides being used)) not to mention i could perform flat skinners (flat slicers some would call them)

Robot
Science guy (reference to bill Nye the science guy after people kept noticing my knowledge in science at the time and not to mention getting perfect scores in state tests)---(middle school)
Hair guy (in middle school i picked at my scalp till it bled )
tutor (used to help people with homework)---(middle school)
twitch (used to twitch a lot)
NASCAR (in my club soccer i was the fastest sprinter and i was mean mean mid fielder and defender with that speed)--I was chosen to be in that club team for 2 years

pretty funny how people wish they had talent in various areas, while i have talent i waste it or haven't abused any of it since middle school.

PS: i pretty much just copy pasted what i posted in the insults post.
PSPS: why just nicknames? what about phrases that pretty much became associated with you (see handball)

In elementary school, I was often called Firecracker because of the way I would react if someone teased me or made fun of me in any way.

In college I was occasionally called Spock because I was so logical in the way I stated things. More often, though, I was called Billy jack because of the black felt flat brimmed hat that I wore for many years.

I still have the hat somewhere, but I haven't worn it in about thirty years.

Most people-teachers included- just address me by my last time. There have, however, been occasions in which people have given me nicknames.
-Trenchy, due to my unusual choice of wardrobe. I wear trench coats a lot.

This is the only one I can think of at the moment, but there were probably more.

-Rapid Roy-reference to the Jim Croce song Rapid Roy the stock car boy, makes for a good screen name at least.

-Have had a number of Redneck/hillbilly names over the years, they interchange like lego same with Red Green, reference to the TV show and its main star, he uses duct tape alot.

-Trouble, usually preceded by here comes, I think its a humoris refrence to my rockey, distructive past and occanional public meltdowns.

-Was refered to as Rockstar, this one I never got since my personallity is anything but and I am into folk music anyway, I think its rooted in my need to wear sunglasses at all times as well as my preference for casuel choths another sensory thing and my choice of a cowboy hat for praticallity reasons and long hair. The guy who gave me that name is long gone from my life, he always thought of dumb names for everybody and thought he was funny. One of the redneck names replaces that now thankfully.

my older sister called me "booboo" for a distressingly long time, until my parents made her stop. a doctor i used to work for called me "foo" because of my beard that i wore at the time. in the army i was addressed formally as "PFC bruce" [later "specialist bruce"]. it was a way of telling me they thought i was a lightweight and had no business in their army. all my nicknames were ways bullies put me down.

Reecington was somehow achieved because I had a thing with long words, and tended to be aloof. Basicaly they would try to come up with 'posh' versions of my name Reece. I have nothing against it.

Cupcake... because I have a sugar addiction.

And I'm not giving out my real first name because I can't stand it, but let's just say my real name was Kate and up until age 12 I went by Katie. I hate it now, because it sounds so childish and reminds me of my old self, the little girl who acted strange without knowing it would cause people to avoid her, had a fiery temper yet broke down and cried at the littlest things... that's an old side of myself I don't ever want to see again.

I was nicknamed 'lemon girl' because I have an allergy, and had to keep asking if there was any lemon in the food at a party :P.

"Guppy". That's all, and it was from an American. We don't have much of a nickname "culture" here.

I've been nicknamed Muffin (due to my obsession with muffins) and derpy (because I'm derpy).
