I've always been unsure about if I'm suffering depression or not. Until I read the link below.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dysthymia

I was Searching up depression on Wikipedia (about Half an hour ago) and browsed through just out of curiousity, and stumbled on Dysthymia. I read it, and showed it to my mum and this could be the kind of depression I'm getting.

The symptons listed are the exact symptons of mine.

Hmmm interesting.

I just wanted to share this with you that's all.

at one point ( rescently ) my parents thought i had that (i don't)... also, when i looked up AS in wiki, it said that dysthymia often accompanies AS.

you have nothing to worry about. if you think you DO have it, and it worries you in any shape or form, you should see a psyciatrist ( hope i spelled it right) about it, see if THEY think you have it...

hope i helped

I have had Dysthymia since I was about 13. I'm 29 now and I still feel its prescence all the time. I try to push it away. It's like a constant companion. Or something that keeps following me.
I don't want to give up.
