EDITED: Took out details for easier readability.

Hey all :)

I'm asking because I'm trying to figure out my diagnosis is true or not and I have idea that it might be something else.

So what about you guys?

Q1. Not knowing own strength, and breaking things, or making a mess or unintentionally hurting someone-playing too rough? (As child /adult)

Q2. Increased levels of strenght for age and size?
(As child)

Q3. Unbelievable strenght in "Meltdown" moments? (As child/late teens)

List age estimate if you know, if could please :)

For me, some examples are:

A1. Mess: Opening a bag of sweets, and they go flying everywhere.

A2. <10/11: Bulldogs charge: 8/9 other players (our rugby team) on me, still moving forward 15-20 foot.

A3.
7-10(?): Ripping doors off hinges.

10: Being stabbed in the centre of chest with a bit of "kinex" (think Lego building type thing), I reactively backhanded him over lenght of art table (about 3x4 size school tables)

15: Ripping out steel fireplace, cemented into brick wall.

19/20(?): Slamming an aggressor against a car, turning 180 dragging them like a rag doll and slamming into wall 3 times realising what I was doing on the 2nd slam, and seeing the aggressor not fighting back, so the 3rd slam was "gentler", then I let go.

Do these sound like it could be part of my apparent unofficial Psych DX of ASD btw???

"Jekyll & Hyde" has any one ever said this to or about you? (appearing calm turning suddenly explosive)

I'd love to hear how you've dealt/dealing with "meltdowns" growing up :)

1. This happens to me a lot. I broke a lot of things without realizing that it was because I was holding them too tightly. I've also hurt people because I hit them too heavily.
2. Kinda. When I was a child of 7-8, even if I wasn't bigger than peers and I didn't look strong at all, I could be incredibly strong at times.
3. Yup.
