Well then, feel free to migrate to Cthulhu Land ! !! Here it's always gray skies and rainy, no democracy to fret over, strange people, stranger beings, and everybody worships un-nameable immortal things that might eat your immortal soul for a snack ! !!

You'll love it, or else ~! !! !

The UK is no better.

Most NTs are adapting from America For Crying Out Loud!

To everybody who hates America because of Bush, did you hate it when Clinton was president? Bush does not equal America despite what many people think. In 2 years, we will have another President Clinton who will hopefully fix things in this country.

I hated the US when Clinton was president. I think Bush is really f*****g up his second term. I voted for him because I knew, or thought I knew, what he was going to do. I wanted to finish the job he started and he isn't doing it.

We would be able to if the world experts in retreating hadn't betrayed us.

the word democracy defined by the greeks having created it is 'Rule by the people' ...so i doubt there is any country on earth that is really a democracy...more like one day of democracy to elect a government...then they rule the people for the next few years under a dictatorship ;)

I suppose you have a right to an opinion... even if it is wrong.

The job he started? What, trying to stamp out our constituttional rights for his lust for power? Declaring war on our 1st ammendment (freedom of religion)? Declaring war on the lower/middle class? Pouring more of our tax dollars into this war in Iraq instead of using to to take care of our issues at home, such as katrina victims? The war in Iraq, as horrible as saddam was, was stupid from our part. It's not in our best interest, because now we're having to ignore OUR problems to fix THEIR problems because we toppled over their government. And about "weapons of mass destruction"? We sold them to Iraq in the 80's, and they used them all on the ethnic kurds, or during their war with Iran. Bush is everything America is supposed to stand against, he TRIED to become a dictator. And don't think his band of religious fanatics are stopping either, afterall, GW did get his brother in the race for the 2012 race.
Getting a democrat won't help much either. There are NWO people in there too, this is probably why the democrats won the house majority recently. Mark my word, Hillary Clinton will b our next president. Your "vote" is nothing but an illusion. The ones with the real power stay hidden behind the curtain, working under the banner of the UN, working for oil companies, or working for the Vatican. Laugh at me if you want to, but we'll see whose laughing when Hillary Clinton gets in office, and my prediction has came true.

AHHHH!! !! !! !! !! Look, I understand people don't like Bush. That's fine. It's a free country (really, it is! That hasn't changed!) I don't think he's a great President even though I find myself defending him all that time (kind of like I find myself feeling sorry for the horribly misunderstood Richard Nixon, despite the fact I think he was one of the worst Presidents in American history purely on policy grounds, but that is another story).

we get no healthcare

No, healthcare is not provided free to everyone by the government. It is however provided to lots of people by both the federal government and that state to certain degree. BTW, there is actual a debate as to whether paying for everyone's health care (which would come from the tax-payers themselves) would go a good idea and actually improve the state of American health care, which BTW I do think is too expensive and I do believe could be made less expensive but not by having the government pay for it. You disagree, that's OK!

our president is an alcoholic crack-sniffing idiot

There is no evidence that President Bush is an alcoholic, nor that he does crack. He once was an alcoholic certainly. Barak Obama admitted once being cocaine (I think, if I am wrong feel free to correct me) and I am not attack him as a "crack-sniffing idiot."

Musik wrote:
everyone hates us

That is not evidence of anything. "Everyone" thought that initiating a nuclear freeze during the 1980s was a great idea but it turns out they were totally wrong. Why doesn't "everybody" hate the horribly corrupt United Nations whose peace keepers have a habit of running child rape rings and administrators were bought off by Saddam Hussein's oil money (meaning food that was supposed to go to the Iraqi people didn't get to it and meaning that according to the UN's own reports hundreds of thousands of Iraqi children died)?

To be fair, I don't try not to "hate" any group. I don't think it's a good idea.

As for the US not being a democracy (and I do think it is not just a republic but a democracy as well because of reforms made over the years) because President Bush has the ability to vetoes bills. That charge is simply silly. The President is elected according to the constitution (and yes he doesn't have to win a majority of the popular votes, but neither does the winning party in most Parliamentary systems) and in that constitution the power of veto is granted. The congress is allowed to overturn such vetoes (and did very frequently during the Presidency of the very recently deceased Gerald R. Ford) via a two-thirds majority of the House and the Senate.
