First of all there is no evidence that either of them have psychopathy. In fact there is evidence that Hitler has Bipolar disorder. There, is no evidence to the contrary.

This thread is well over 4-years-old----and, it seems the person you quoted, hasn't been here, for almost as long; so, if you quoted them, thinking you would have a conversation with them, the chances of that, seem slim.
