Hi everyone. The Clinical Psychologist who diagnosed me with Aspergers recommended that I get a script for Risperidone. He said that I can take a tablet whenever I feel stressed, aggressive or anxious and that it would quickly calm me down.

But the thing is, my other psychiatrists all said that it can't be taken incidentally, only long term.

Who is right? Whose advice should I follow?

Both.
But the only thing is that is weird that they told you to use risperdal, because it needs more time to start working, if you really need it, you should ask for some benzodiazapines(xanax, valium, klonopin, ativan), they work faster and better with anxiety.
But i dont recommend using medicines, my experiences with psychiatrist medicines were awful, but if you really need them, ask for benzos, they would help you better than antipsychotics.

I take Risperidone but my understanding is it takes a few weeks for its effects to kick in. In my case, I was prescribed it for depression, not as an anti-psychotic.
