It could be Celiac. You can try a gluten-free diet

I used to suffer from constipation at least two times a month. It was a pain in the ass, literally. I had to take laxatives so often, I thought nothing of it. Fortunately, it stopped around the age of 8.

I took Pepcid AC and, for 1 month of free trials, Nexium.

Both pills worked to different expectations but they both worked. What they didnt do was prevent it - I always had to take more.

Story summed:
Corvus investigates why losing his hair isnt making him depressed. He investigates the word loner and why he is one. Looks into psychology, philosophy, spirituality. Corvus is now meditating daily. Corvus had heartburn just before college, all through college, and about a year after. After meditating, Corvus has had heartburn about 3-4 times since last July which resulted because of eating the worst of the worst. :D

Yep, both me and my partner do. I have irritable bowel syndrome, he has Crohn's disease. They are both sometimes really painful and prevent food being digested properly (only Crohn's is far more severe). It's worth getting it checked out if you haven't done so already. Although I highly doubt you have what my fella has, I was just using him as an example. I think you may want to check for IBS like or you may be, as someone has already suggested, a coeliac.

only suggestion is to be as relaxed as possible when eating, stress gives me very bad indigestion and upset stomachs.

I have nearly constant stomach cramps and general uncomfortableness. The only time of the day when this isnt a problem is in the morning before i have eaten anything. I have been on a gf diet for two years and that has helped a little. I tried avoiding milk products aswell for a few months but my problems didnt end.

I think I have a mild case of IBS. My mother has it worse than I do.
I get cramps and indigestion about two times a week.

I think I might have IBS. I'll be making an apointment with my GP, once the snow in my area is gone and melted, as I like to walk to my destinations.

Food allergies. Poultry & pork in particular. I won't eat pork at all, and can only eat chicken about 2x a week or I get very sick. I think there are other allergies/reactions that I have as well, although not nearly as severe as those two.
