The Complete Guide to Asperger’s Syndrome, by Tony Attwood

I read the book, several years, ago, at the suggestion of the Psychologist who assessed me, and, recently, after the loss of a significant friendship with a fellow aspie, and have utilized it as a resource, on an as-needed basis, in-between, respectively. I had lacked awareness of some significant AS traits, of which I had not experienced in myself, and needless to say, the book has, again, proven to be a most valuable asset, in my quest for knowledge and insight. Also, found it interesting, coming from a more informed perspective than I had, while initially reading the book, following my diagnoses.

^^I wanted to read that one and decided against it, too many bones in that I thought.

I recently read one by aging author, Lynda La Plant on her work of Silent Scream, I later revised that they had done a series of it. Almost twice as bad as when Murder She Wrote co starred Dick Van Dykes son, I could be getting that wrong.

I've read Cornwell's non-fiction book, Portrait Of A Killer, where she argues that Jack the Ripper had really been the artist, Walter Sickert. Her arguments and proof was compelling, though I've since learned that it's been largely disproven.

Yeah, it was Diagnosis Murder, not Murder she Wrote. Point is, the author went round the plot too many times with this one. Instead of just watering plants, she should have given the main characters more focus and not leave the viewer in suspense. Also, adding the main suspect at the end of a book is not giving the narrative enough food for thought..
I don't like to be held in suspense for too long when I'm reading.
Now I'm reading The Sunrise, its all greek pomp and ceremony so far, and no sign of any kind of civil uprising.
Probably for the best..

Still a big book on autism theory. Not got much reading done lately in bookform as been consumed by several interests and had a lot of internal thought to get through.
