Or could it be "Oh the Pass Words Take One"?

If one finds the Keywhole which is purposely spelled that way, one might find some Pass Words, too.

Other than that one can still enjoy the Unique Dragon on Digit, in the Bright Azure Sky.

It will make sense when one sees the Dragon. :)
