Bear with me... when I get really anxious my teeth get tingly/itchy, I mean I don't know how else to describe it. It's almost like the feeling when you sit on your foot for an hour and it "falls asleep", when the feeling starts to come back.

I've been to my dentist several times this year because I thought something was wrong with my teeth. It turns out I did have something wrong with a wisdom tooth but that was pretty much taken care of.

Is it possible anxiety is the cause? It only seems to happen when I get a rush of anxiety

Tingling teeth can be caused by referred pain from the jaw. Do you clench your jaw when you are anxious?

I clench my teeth a lot when I am anxious, I also grind my teeth as a stim. That can give a strange sensation in your teeth and jaw, I do it a lot in my sleep and am not always aware when I wake up, the strange sensation in my teeth is often the first indicator.

Why not? I've had another equally weird reaction to anxiety: serial sneezing that starts up suddenly based on no stimuli, and goes on for hours. I'd also go from normal nose to complete nasal congestion in a matter of a couple of seconds. Really.
So I don't see why you can't feel anxiety in your teeth.

I also have this exact sensation, and it have nothing to do with clenching teeth. Actually, quite often if i'm scared of something or anxious my jaw will slightly drop, meaning there's actually no pressure on the teeth at all. It is also often followed by a strange metallic/bitter/medical taste in my mouth. :?
