This is a stupid program. Don't do it, no matter what the claims are; it is not healthy.

the only way to KEEP the weight off is via lifestyle change.

That's true, but it's not the point. This diet is literally a starvation diet; despite the claims that the hormone keeps you from losing muscle, that has not been substantiated; the hormone *does* increase the risk of DVT, pulmonary emboli, etc. It's a stupid way to lose weight, even if you only want to do so short-term.

It has many uses, but as said above, lifestyle change (permanent) is the only way to be fit, if you aren't as fit as you want to be, with whatever your current lifestyle is. Of course there are hormone balance issues that can make fitness more difficult for some people, and if you suspect that, you can get things checked (thyroid, cortisol, and other key values) which help to govern fat storage.

HCG is an excellent way to prevent shutdown of natural production of testosterone for bodybuilders who enhance with testosterone, or for those of us over 45 who need testosterone shots.

I'd rather go on the clenbuterol diet.

And by the way, HCG is by injection only, and at least dosed every other day if not every day. I have no problem with needles, but for those who do, it's probably something to avoid...
