Do aspies generally dislike conservatives?

It was super easy for me to get a ASD diagnosis ... just by having brain damage.

Took me 45 mins. I walked in , saw two doctors, got diagnosis (after they ruled out schizophrenia).

Follow-up, seen 3-5 doctors, and 1 autism specialist over successive appointments at other hospital, again, an ASD diagnosis.

Don't know if I just have "brain damage" or an ASD or if there's even a difference.

I have said this a few times ... I have had "flat affect" my whole life and to me that feels like "brain damage" ... it feels like I should be out experiencing life .. smiling, laughing, participating in life ... instead .. my brain is "injured" in that way.

um, can you tell me what that evolutionary advantage would be? [IOW I missed something ]

Nope. I absolutely HATE modern liberals. They are the most annoying people in the WORLD right now.

I've been wondering, to turn things on their head, if conservatives generally hate aspies, and if conservative aspies hate other aspies who are not just like themselves [high-functioning and successfully NT-emulating].

I find a conservative society sounds easier for me to put up with compared to a liberal society.

While many of the more radical far-right have views that are more crazy or out-there speaking, most of those guys aren't really dangerous or violent people. At least not as much as the average person really is.

Keep this as another note of thought, not as far-long ago as the 80s, it would have been considered center or more moderate right-wing at most.

I don't like anybody who thinks I deserve to suffer and die just because i'm not wealthy enough to afford our exorbitantly priced amuurican health care. I don't like anybody who divides the world between themselves and what they cavalierly term "useless eaters."

Kid, given your age you probably just think that because you disagree with them politically. As someone who's more or less centre though, I've seen Conservatives do more of what annoys me, which is derailing discussions to add in issues of identity where there is none, getting offended by the dumbest things, and boycotting stuff because someone either says or does something they don't agree with. Up to a couple years ago, I would have agreed with you and I'm sure there are still annoying liberals around, but nine times out of ten it's actually been the conservatives who have been annoying as heck, often at the drop of a hat. They actually act like the right-wing equivalent of the worst sort of feminists and race activists that they criticize and are often Anita Sarkeesian bad except worse, because there are more of them.Depends if you're talking about real liberals or the fake ones. SJWs and extreme left groups like ANTIFA are fake liberals.

In my experience, the reverse is more true.

Not that there aren't any annoying conservatives at all, but on average, I just prefer the ideas of those on the right more than the left.

I think both conservatives and liberals hate me.

I am speaking in general, referring to no particular person/s- hate is so tiring, and frankly, too many people just ain't worth the effort in terms of what good it'd do me. therefore, I don't hate anybody on these boards, but I do avoid some. a more fitting treatment of some people is just to ignore them, leave them to god. I am reminded of the words of Clarence Darrow, when asked if he wished ill of anybody in particular, and he replied, "no, but there have been obituaries that I have read with great enjoyment."
