Are your ears pierced?

I am a girl and I don't have my ears pierced although everyone I know finds it weird.

Noone pierced them when I was a kid. It wouldn't be a good idea condisering how I usually reacted to all doctors and hairstylists.
When I become a teenager and could decide for myself I was not interested.
And now I am too scared to do it. Not like I care anyway. I don't like wearing jewelry - it doesn't fit me - and if I had my ears pierced I would have to wear earrings all the time to keep the holes from closing up.

Yeah, but I had to get them done three times because they kept closing up or getting infected. My latest one has lasted three years so far.

My left ear is pierced. I wear a 10mm white gold hoop in it sometimes. Family tradition kinda.

if it would move me at least a standard deviation to the right, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Seven piercings,

1 Lip
1 Septum piercing
1 Eyebrow
4 Earrings ( 2 Lobes + 2 conch piercings )

Yes, two in each ear.

Yes, I pierced my ears 6 times, 3 in each ear. I haven't worn earrings in a long time though and the the holes are probably closed by now.

I am basically too lazy to pierce my ears, no need to mention the fact that I have to start buying some earrings..which I assume, is adding another task to my life.
Life is already complex enough for me.

Wait, I am actually reading though this thread and I am seeing a pattern here, am I the only male outside of EzraS that has piercings?

I had three in each ear but am too lazy to wear earrings. Belly piercing at one time.
