I used to have many digestion issues correlated with stress.I would say drink a lot of water and add probiotics to your diet in the form of kombucha (I make it myself) and other fermented products such as non GMO miso.Use deep breathing techniques to relax and gently massage your stomach.I used to go through a lot of anxiety and really felt it in my stomach.I'm so happy that it's gone now but I know what a lot of people suffer with and all my sympathy is with you.Keep breathing,you can get through it!
