On occasion I think I get an auditory hallucination.

Last night I heard a loud, creepy, mumbled, incoherent, man voice inside my head and it felt like it was a real noise, not a thought.

It felt like a noise external from my body and it came inside my head from my ear, it felt as though it was spoken in my ear.

I don't know what he said but it was like a sentence/line long then it stopped.

It scared me so much and I could remember the sound of it in my thoughts, I had to go to sleep with my light on.

So does anyone else experience this? what is it?

It's quite common to hear things whilst falling asleep or waking up.
It's known as hypnopompic hallucinations and happens to lot's of people.

I've "woken up" and seen a giant spider in front of me. After a few more minutes I realize I was just dreaming.

But, anyway, if it's still a worry you should tell someone.
