Help, please?
Can scorpionsaver be taken off my pc myself or would it be better to take it in and pay for someone at a computer repair place to do it?
What will remove it? Got rid of all the folders but it is still hiding somewhere.

You should probably pay to remove it. Scorpion Saver looks like a royal pain based on what I read about it. If you try to remove it beforehand, then you'll probably make it harder for the tech people to remove, just so you know. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure what Scorpion Saver is. Having said this, have you tried running anti-malware programs, such as malwarebytes, which is free? Also, assuming you are on a Windows computer, you can try hitting ctrl + alt + del to see if you detect anything unusual running there.

Good luck.

here's an update: after a lot of work malwarebytes and a couple other programs finally scoured it out of there. Thanks! again.

I was about to suggest that you use these instructions to remove it, but apparently you either have or you have sourced the info elsewhere.

^ yes. Thanks though. Advanced System Care 7, CCleaner, and Malwarebytes did the work. We also found out the free version of Avira was basically worthless.
