I'm Polish non American,

I am full of sympathy for the victims of the savage terrorist attack. I can not even imagine what feel Americans then.

America is a superpower, but ordinary people live there, such as in Poland, Russia, Germany, Czech Republic, France, or anywhere else in the world.
I wonder what they think about it, my dear fellow citizens of uniting Europe, but also directly affected by tragedy that is the Americans.

The reason I move this difficult topic given on this topic.

Did anybody ever figure out if it was deliberately on 9/11, because 911 is the number dialed on the phone in emergencies?

Michael Jordan was on the today show.It was boring so I went outside and did yard work and gardening.I came back inside hours later,turned on the tv to find out both towers had fallen.It made the beautiful fall day seem eerie.

Most west coast Americans probably remember being asleep during the attack.

In my opinion, based on months of months of following it obsessively, it was deliberate...if only in the sense that the government knew it was coming and allowed it to happen.

The people politically connected who make a killing (sic) on the war on terror and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the massive expansion of unconstitutional government power, etc....the clear winners were the proponents for Big Government. Even the Patriot Act was drafted well in advance of 9/11...you don't make a bill that comprehensive and massive in the short time between 9/11 and when it was passed. The orders to invade Afghanistan were already approved by the administration BEFORE 9/11 happened....they just needed a justification to sell it to the American people.

Never let a crisis go to waste.

It was obviously planned for that day. I just wonder if the specific reason OBL chose 9/11 is because that's the emergency number. September 11 was the emergency of emergencies after all. lol

This is some esoteric symbolism with the number 911.

There are plenty of sites out there going to depth on the subject and the hidden meaning behind the event.
I won't go into detail here, I'll just be ridiculed as a "conspiracy theorist". Those who are curious can just look it up themselves.
The broader scope of viewpoints on 9/11 you look at will reveal a better picture.

But, whatever the true cause of 9/11 it still won't bring back all the lives lost that day and from the resulting wars. And it won't roll back the resulting police state the US has fallen into.

A west coast guy myself, I was asleep till a friend gave me a call. He told me to turn on the TV because terrorists had flown a plane into the World Trade Center. Turning on the news, I was transfixed by the smoke billowing out of the gaping hole in the building's side. Finally, I was able to pull myself away to tell my wife what had happened. Not long after she joined me in the living room, the second plane flew into the building.

Being scared that terrorists would be out to get ME, until my para-ed assistants reassured me. I live in Washington state, on the west coast, and I had found out about the attacks as I was getting ready for school (I just started high school)....... cast a whole shadow on the day.

I remember those Israelis who had traveled over to "record the event" and how they where caught dancing and "high fiving"as 3000 Americans lost their lives.

I find that really hard to believe, but then again, it's coming from you so not surprised at all.

I remember that I had just returned from school and a friend of my brother said that two airplanes had crashed into World Trade Center. I thought he was joking, but turned on the teletext (because internet back then was so slow and expensive) to check. The teletext had a lot of information about this, and eventually, most of the Norwegian channels started airing live news from Fox News for days.

It's strange to think that more than 12 years have passed; it feels like yesterday.

Other people would just use Google to check on what I posted, you can see them admitting such on Israeli television, but as an inciter to racial hatred against Muslims, and a supporter of the murderers of 3000 Americans, I can see why you would rather choose to insult me.

I guess you still hold a grudge from when I showed you the article were Former Italian President Francesco Cossiga, who revealed the existence of Operation Gladio, told Italy’s oldest and most widely read newspaper that the 9-11 terrorist attacks were run by the CIA and Mossad, and that this was common knowledge among global intelligence agencies.

I guess you like to incite hatred against the Jews.
