Anxious/over excitement while waiting for packages

Does anyone else get extremely anxious or excited while waiting for a package?

There are times I check the update status every 10 minutes even if the actual contents aren't all that exciting.

Yup. I am obsessed with checking the tracking for a package. I immediately have to open the box when it arrives too because I'm so excited.

I am really impatient, and I love getting proper stuff in the mail. As a added bonus, I have such a bad short term memory, that by the time the package arrive, I often can't even remember what it is.

That's interesting to be because I am extremely patient with people and waiting on people but I can't handle waiting for events or packages

sometimes I won't even order packages because i'll just be anxious the whole time waiting for it.

I'm tracking 3 of them right now.

I LOVE packages. I have to open them as soon as I see them, else I get jittery and think about them constantly lol. They're just so much fun! Like finding a treasure chest on your porch or something.

Yes I do - I'm checking their status online several times a day. I think it's the OCD subcomponent of autism.

Besides - who doesn't like getting a parcel. It's like Santa is enroute

Yes, I get really obsessive about tracking packages. I think that's the OCD part of Asperger's.
