They keep replacing random parts in my Macbook and I keep having the same problem. It's almost definitely my GPU but they won't listen. It took them 4 tries to deal with my bad RAM. How do I deal with them without flipping out about how stupid they are? They don't even know what some of the keystroke tests are.

Then take the thing to sombody who knows Macs, and tell them what the issue is, and why you suspect the GPU is causing problems.

Geek Squad normally don't know jack about anything Apple, even though they sell iDevices (iPod, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV and AirPort). You're better off going to an apple Store, or calling apple support and arranging to have them ship you a box to have your machine repaired at their depot in Houston.

Geek Squad are salespeople, first and foremost. To get a GS job, being able to sell is what they look for, not how to fix computers. I would recommend finding a good independent Apple technician.
