Does anyone who lives in a big city think people are rude?

YES! people in large city are bastards, and the larger the city, the nastier the people.
i've lived in chicago and now near tel aviv, and people in chicago werent nice, and i've been to new york and people there are just horrible. now here, near tel aviv, rather crowded city, people scream in the middle of the night and act like they're going to hurt you when you ask them to stop. the neighbors upstairs drag and drop things on the floor after midnight, very loudly, and when asked to stop lie and say it's not them, and i know it is.
one of my neighbors dumped a plastic bag full of garbage in the yard, and people play music so loud you could probably hear it in the next town... after midnight, of course, what else.
in smaller towns, people tend to be much more polite and friendly.

I won't be moving to Mexico City any time soon! 26 million people. EEk!! !

I can't even comprehend the concept of "26 million people." I just think of an ant colony.
