I am primarily motivated by learning a job that I could do well, skills that I will apply for the rest of my life, and doing what I want to do. The situation is that I lost my dream job a few months ago, and I want it (or just being in that field very badly), and the job I have right now is worthless (besides the money), and I am in a contract in were I have to do for a few years.
There's a small chance I could get back into that field, but to get back into that field I'll have to burn bridges with my current job (which includes college tuition after I finish my contract), but the first job is something I could use for the rest of my life. Worst case scenario; lose everything for that dream job.
I am trying to be realistic about it all, since money is hard to find, but I know if I don't go for that first job then I'll never get a chance to do it again.
