How do you feel about being touched?

I really enjoy physical contact when it's expected and coming from people I like. I hate it from random strangers, in public places, unexpected.

i really want a cuddle right now.

I only like physical contact if I initiate it. If I don't initiate my reaction can range from me being annoyed to me lashing out at the person who touched me. I really really hated being touched as a kid on the nose or the shoulder or anything and would get pretty mad even though my family/relatives thought it was funny.

^ i still get irritated when they come and pinch me or startle me, or god forbid...when i am doing a stop motion...

is it funny or something?

I have to be in the right mood, which is rare. Like a cat, it has to be on my terms. It's very uncomfortable or threatening otherwise.

People often don't seem to take my wishes seriously when it comes to these things.

it depends on the context. I really like a strong hug from a friend, with some pressure to it. I absolutely HATE "soft" touches like sitting on a bus with someone sitting next to me, or holding a hand on a table, stuff like that. It confuses me and makes me extremely uncomfortable. I also dont like "random" touches i am not prepared for as these tend to be paralyzing for me.

Sexy girls whom I am willing to seduce can touch me all they want though...

i don't know. everybody has dead skin cells all over them and if they touch me, i sometimes hope they did not wipe any of them off on me.

i have no need for touch but my cat does. she wants me to touch her all the time and i do touch her, but eventually i get impatient to get onto something else, and she gets cranky but she has to go and lie down where she wishes then.

sometimes i wonder whether my cat could have a better owner than me, but she is always buried in my lifestyle and she likes it.
we have routines and they mesh well with each other.
but she wants me to kiss her and pet her all the time, and she appreciates it when i do, but it is always soon that i look over her shoulder back to the computer screen and gently lift her feet off the keyboard, and she does not understand, but whatever. that is how the cookie crumbles.

she is now outside somewhere and i must go and find her and bring her in and close the back door so she can not get out and cause me angst worrying about whether she will be flattened on the street as i try to go to sleep.

my touch limit is high but lower than my dog's, i think.

i wonder how she can stand being petted and cuddled with for so long.

I absolutely hate to be touched for any reason. Can't tolerate it.
It is one of my primary sensory difficulties. And I don't think it's funny when I see my mother, who knows full well that I cannot stand it, grabs me just to make me uncomfortable.
When touched for medical reasons, doctors have told me that I completely dissociate from it.
"Affection" is the worst kind for me. Just the idea of it makes me sick. I don't mind touching another animal, such as a dog or cat, but even then I would prefer it is me who initiates the contact, and I am the one in control of ending it if I want to.

Greetings. I always find it interesting when doing test for Aspergers and/or autism, and they ask a similar question. They score autism if you say no, and neurotypical if yes most of the time. For me, I love touch. I like hugs, cuddling, hand-holding, stuff that doesn't have to mean you are romantic with someone. My friends who don't have autism hate touch. So it's different for people I am close to. I just want to hug most of the time.

Only by close friends/family, and that's it. And my future significant other, of course.

I hate anyone else touching me, especially if they're being unpredictable about it.

I've had this happen to me multiple times, and it's not fun.
