What back problems I have today are due to the minimum wage jobs I've worked in my day. Little money and an achy lower back after strenuous lifting is all I got out of it.

spondylolisthesis [or anterolisthesis] is a slippage of one vertebrae relative to the next one above or below, caused by defective facet joints or trauma. the facet joints anchor the spine and when they fail the spine can be knocked out of alignment.

that's what I said. plus a popped disc impinging on my spinal cord. happens to a lot of tall slim men in their 50s.
