Whenever somebody asks me what I do for a job I tell them I'm unrmployed but I'm looking for work when in reality I'm waiting to starve myself on two cookies a day so I can lose forty pounds and visit the dermatologist so I can get rid of my acne because it only adds to my insecurities as an employee. But that's not the only reason I'm unrmployed. I'd make as much on disability as I would working full time at almost anywhere and since I've had 29 jobs and no references the disability checks give me security because If I lost my job and I quit living on disability too I would have to scramble even faster than most people because of my lack of skills and references

at least you have the backstop of the bennies, that is something to be thankful for. if I had a disability income stream I would feel less stress, as I am unemployable in my present state. the one skillset I have been able to stumble upon, nobody wants to pay me for. and for me, adopting a new skillset is akin to climbing mt. Everest due to learning disabilities. so I hope you can take some comfort from the fact that you are in good company here at least in this respect.

You can't sustain yourself on cookies. The lack of nutrients will negatively affect your health and appearance, especially hair and skin. If you really need to lose weight, the best way is to cut carbs and just eat a little protein and a lot of fruits and veggies, the more colorful the better. This will also improve your energy, as cookies will spike your sugar and make you hungry again five minutes later, but eating real food will curb your cravings when your body realizes it has what it needs.

If you're desperate to drop the pounds fast, juicing works, but you have to remember to include a lot of nuts or the lack of protein will make you sick.
