I have been very stressed out lately not only is it the time of year where my negative flashbacks occur more often and interfere with my sleep but now since I have been working 2 jobs around 80 hours a week and not having one day off it has been doing a number on my body. I have been having occasions of experiencing chest pains and my anxiety levels have been through the roof.

It could be a panic attack,or even indigestion, but any chest pain should be checked out by a doctor.Even young healthy people can have heart problems and be unaware of it.If your heart checks out good, that's one less thing to worry about.

You did what!? 8O if I did that I'd be dead. And you did it while suffering from from insomnia, chest pains and anxiety? Just thinking about working 80 hours a week is enough to give me anxiety.

It has been my experience that when working full time it can be hard to fit doctors appointments into your schedule.

It is probably musculoskeletal.

80 hours... I would burn out in that situation. If it is anxiety based and your chest pains remain untreated at this time of year they might became stronger, more frequent and lead to panic attacks. Consider a visit to your doctor (PCP), it would rule out any other underlying medical cause for chest pain. It sounds like your health needs support, if you have a therapist it might help to talk things over with them.

I have put a lot of thought into it and am considering on quiting my other job in a few weeks so I have more time to relax my manager is starting to see it as well and understood and gave me the day off since business is slow today at the car wash. Im exhausted so very tired no rest must rest. My other job provides me enough hours now. Just got done with a night shift and had to come in the next morning followed by the possibility of an afternoon shift at the carwash job at my other job. Im just starting to feel this excessive stress and overworking myself is starting to put a number on my body and my mind.

I work at a 711/chevron gas station and the other job is at the carwash at the same location. Very fast paced lost of people to interact with and lots of running around. The apartmetns going fine rent went up a little though but not by too much, I can still pay it with the 711 job I just kept both jobs for the past few months to take care of expenses like on my car and extra bills and registration and such.

I wish there was but even just part time and getting ssdi wont cover the cost or rent and bills i have to pay off but full time 1 job will do I kept both jobs to speed up paying off debts but its costing me physically and mentally.

LOL....I meant: if you work one job part time and one job full-time.

Maybe working 60 instead of 80 hours a week.
