If I'm not mistaken, the first was Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, and the second was Pinocchio. :)

Although it's kind of forgotten, Fantasia is the 3rd movie and it too was released in 1940.

Dumbo was also released in 1941.

IIRC, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit was the first Animated motion picture Walt produced (if you consider short subjects as motion pictures) in conjunction with Ub Iwerks. Said productions of Oswald were stolen by Charlie Mintz, which is why Disney, to this day, is so anal-retentive about THEIR intellectual property, even though, technically, the older material is now supposed to be in the public domain.

I wouldn't say it's forgotten; it's still widely heralded as one of Disney's masterpieces, spawned a sequel in 2000 and "Wizard Mickey" continues to be one of the most iconic incarnations of the character.

Now, 'Make Mine Music' and 'Fun and Fancy Free'? Those are some forgotten ones.
