all I could remember was I was in some kind of school and was introduced to another student dressed like a geek. I was dressed like a geek also. :nerdy:

Had a quick hour nap before going to work. Enough to start a charming dream. Dreamt I was back living in mom's basement. And that a cat we had would turn the doorknob to the outside basement door to let a human friend in.

We have had cats who would signal that they wanted out by placing their paws on a doorknob and partially turning it to ape us humans to communicate. But this cat in the dream had semi magical powers and when placing paws on the doorknob could actually turn the doorknob enough to unlatch it and open the door. The alarmclock went off and woke me before the story continued.

there are some cats for real, that have figured out how to grab a doorknob with two paws and rock their bodies back and forth until the door opens.

My cat Peter (1998-2016) was able to open doors. He was really smart. He inherited that from his feline mom, Puffy.

More dreams in what I would term the "anxious dreams" category-it was hot and humid and my sleep was disrupted by all of these dreams.

Actually it isn't really that much like your dream. Though its sung to the tune of "On Top of Old Smokey" its not really about a mountain of pasta.

But I will just leave the link up anyway because its cute. :)

moral of the story- eat your spaghetti and meatballs in a big bowl with high sides, so if you sneeze the meatballs remain securely atop the noodles. that reminds me of the time I was eating kernel corn in the army mess hall, and I sneezed and a kernel got up into my sinuses somehow, and I coughed and wheezed and sneezed again, and the kernel flew out my nostril, and multiple sets of eyes sitting at the table, simultaneously followed the trajectory of said corn kernel as it sailed into somebody's mashed potatoes, the owner of which got up and klumped away in disgust. I took the opportunity to finish his corn-adorned taters. :chef:

they were ARMY kernels!

So they outranked mashed potatoes!
