I haven't found much that works, I am procrastinating right now, and also I did yesterday too.
But I am motivated to get to some things that I need to tomorrow, I know I will be focused tomorrow.
Perhaps allowing oneself to procrastinate on certain days but setting a deadline for when that must end?
Perhaps imagining oneself focusing when the deadline comes to prepare for ackshuly focusing when the time comes.
