Provolone doesn't really do anything for me, but I don't want to say I don't like it.

I am resitant to no cheese

ok I thought of one..

It is generic pasturised processed cheese food...the kind that has a yucky strange aftertaste...but that isn't really cheese now is it?

I like american cheese
i like fancy herb goat brie.
and everything in between
